Pitch Count Pilot Program Offered

During the 2006 season, Little League International conducted a Pitch Count Pilot Program that was available as an option to all of its 7,400 local programs worldwide. The program proscribed actual pitch limits on each pitcher, rather than the traditional method of limiting the number of innings.
